This product is fantastic, I love the fact we can see both kids at once and when we had a problem I contacted customer service and the support there was brilliant! Highly recommend!
I bought the camera back in April and felt camera was great, for some reason the monitor screen broke, I got in touch with Hello Baby and after a few emails they are sending across a new Monitor, can’t fault their customer service. 10/10.
I bought this product in February for my baby due in July and had only been using for a short amount of time when I started to have issues with the screen going blank, I emailed the customer service and they got back to me so quickly and arranged a replacement to be sent out to me which I’m so grateful for! Would definitely recommend! The baby monitor is very good too at helping me making sure my baby is safe,the connectivity is great I can still use it when downstairs.
Excellent picture quality, even at night time and is great that the camera swivels both left/right and up/down so we can see the entire room and keep an eye on the dog at the same time. Love that it works at long distance so we can sit outside and enjoy the summer evenings whilst keeping a close eye on little one and doesn't need WiFi to connect, it just automatically connected out of the box. We ordered our item "used-very good condition" and very happy with it, unfortunately the monitor power cable was missing but upon contacting the manufacturer to resolve they were very helpful and offered to refund the price of ordering a new one through Amazon. Would highly recommend both the monitor and manufacturer customer service.
